It is located on the eastern side of the Seljuk Cemetery in Gevaş District. According to the epigraph on the entrance gate, it was built by Melik Izzeddin in 1335 for his daughter Halime Hatun. It was built by Esed, son of Ahlatlı Pehlivan. The burial chamber of the two-storey cupola has a square plan, and the eastern door is accessed down by a ladder. It was built as a dodecagonal body on a square base with beveled corners. The cupola, which is covered with a pyramidal cone at the top, was built with smooth face stone material.
