Both cupolas were built in a baldachin style being formed with eight columns. Columns sitting on an octagonal base are attached to each other by pointed arches. Their tops are covered with pyramidal cones placed on pointed arches. The floors of the structures are paved with stones and there is no sarcophagus. One of the cupolas is built for the Van Governor Teymur Pasha, who died in 1789, and the other is for his brother Ahmet Pasha, who also died in 1796.
