Bol Mountain

The castle, which was built at the western end of the Bol Mountain range, consists of lower and upper castles. The castle was built by Sarduri II between 764-734 BC. The upper castle, on the other hand, was built 30 meters higher than the lower castle. Haldi Temple and an open-air temple are present inside the castle. There are fortification walls built with large blocks of stones around the castle. The Lower Castle covers an area of 800 meters on the crest of the hill. The fortification walls built with the end-castle method on both sides also draw attention.
